Ay! Caramba

  1. Put the tequila, lime juice, agave, egg white and jalapeno in a cocktail shaker and muddle the jalapeno.
  2. Add large ice cubes, shake vigorously and single-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
