Potato Patties

  1. This is one of those old homestyle dishes my mother made and her grandchildren love.
  2. This is a little more detailed than the other submission but the primary guidelines are: season to taste, use the egg as a binding agent, and thin the potatoes with milk only until a workable consistency for fashioning the patties.
  3. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan and brown potato patties on both sides.
  4. Hope this helps.
