Arugula with Prosciutto and Mango

  1. Combine mangoes and Marsala in medium bowl.
  2. Chill until cold, about 1 hour.
  3. Mix oil and vinegar in large bowl.
  4. Add arugula and cheese; toss to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Divide arugula among 4 plates.
  7. Place 3 prosciutto slices around arugula on each plate.
  8. Spoon mangoes and any juice in center.
