Left-Ovah Goulosh

  1. Grab a large kettle, 'n dump a turkey carcass (skin, giblets, leftover gravy, etc.) in it.
  2. Add watah, 1 teaspoon salt, peppercorns and bay leaf.
  3. Brang to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, covah 'n simmer fur 'bout 1 1/2 hours or 'til you have made a rich stock. Strain 'n return to pot.
  5. Pick all the meat off 'n add to this (you gotta have sum meat!) the remaining ingredients.
  6. Kiver agin 'n simmer fur anothah 1 1/2 hours.
