Greek-Like Pasta
- 1 pound Your Favorite Pasta, I Use Penne
- Olive Oil
- Kalmata Olives, Sliced
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Lemon Zest And A Little Squeeze Of Juice
- Crumbled Feta
- Grilled Chicken Breast Or Beef, To Serve On Top Of Pasta (Optional)
- Just boil pasta to al dente according to package directions.
- Drain and splash with olive oil.
- Toss olives, tomatoes, lemon zest and juice in pasta.
- Plate and sprinkle with feta.
- If desired, top with grilled chicken and/or beef.
