Rocky Road Slice

• 200 g milk chocolate
• 70 g dark chocolate
• 25 g unsalted butter
• 50 g marshmallows, cut into small pieces
• 50 g shortbread cookies, chopped
• 100 g macadamia nuts
• 25 g raisins

1. Line bar pan with plastic wrap.
2. Place chocolates in microwave bowl.
3. Cook for 1 minute, stir, repeat until choclate melted.
4. Stir in marhsmallows then the rest of the ingredients.
5. Spread in pan and chill for 2 hours until set.
6. Slice and serve.
