vegetable fry
- 2 medium squash peeled and cut up in bite size bites
- 6 medium taters diced up
- 1 medium onion diced up
- 3 each ears of corn shucked and cut off cob
- 3/4 tbsp garlic and bell peper seasoning
- 2 large fresh bratwirst cut up in bite size bites
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- preheat oil in a large skillet
- once oil is heated up add all ingredients to skillet and stir cook for about 45 minutes till vegetables are soft and done
- another idea is adding zuchinni also
