Banana Split Cheesecake
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 3 whole graham crackers
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- Place graham crackers in bottom of 8x8 pan.
- Set aside.
- Beat together cream cheese & sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream & vanilla and mix until well blended.
- Pour mixture over graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Place alternating rows of strawberries & bananas on top of cream cheese layer.
- Spread whipped topping evenly over fruit.
- Drizzle top with chocolate syrup.
- Refridgerate for at least 4 hours.
- For best results refridgerate over night.
