Richly Flavoured Asparagus and Carrot Salad
- 3 Asparagus
- 1 Carrot
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Cut the carrot and asparagus into bite-size pieces.
- (2~3 cm length, 5 mm thick strips for the carrot in the picture.)
- Add the carrot and asparagus into a pot with a small amount of salt, and cook until softened.
- Cool in cold water.
- Thinly slice the onion perpendicular to the grain.
- Soak in water, and drain really well.
- Mix the vegetables and the ingredients and serve!
