Fruited Tea Punch

  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Remove form heat and add tea bags.
  3. Let steep 10 minutes; remove tea bags.
  4. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
  6. To serve, pour tea into a large sun tea jar or punch bowl.
  7. Add ice cubes and fruit slices and serve immediately.
  8. Note: For spiked punch, add 2 cups bourbon just before serving.
