5-Minute Lightly Pickled Chinese Cabbage
- 1 leaf Chinese cabbage
- 1 pinch Shio-kombu
- 1/2 bag Bonito flakes
- 1 Ginger (julienned)
- 1 Shichimi and garlic
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Rinse the Chinese cabbage, chop it into desired sizes, then put it in a heat-resistant dish.
- Quickly microwave (for 30 seconds, depending on the amount), leaving some texture.
- Chill the Chinese cabbage by soaking it in cold water.
- Thoroughly squeeze out the excess water, then toss it with the ingredients to taste, and it's done.
