Tofu and Vegetables (Crock Pot/Slow Cooker)
- 16 ounces firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
- 12 cup peapods, cut in half
- combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- cook on low 6 hours.
