Petite Filet Mignon with a Zippy Mustard Sauce

  1. On a clean work surface, season each steak with onion salt and black pepper.
  2. Preheat a grill or griddle pan on medium high heat and oil grates.
  3. Grill steaks 56 minutes each side, or to your desired doneness.
  4. Transfer to a plate, tent with foil, and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, add horseradish, grainy mustard, tri colored peppercorns, and sour cream to a ramekin and mix well to combine.
  6. Serve steaks with mustard sauce, and enjoy!
  7. We love pairing this with twice-baked cheesy potatoes.
