Baked Crab Cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 450F Fahrenheit.
  2. Break the Ritz crackers up into a powder.
  3. Combine dry ingredients with the crackers.
  4. Combine wet ingredients together
  5. Slowly mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients
  6. Mix in the onions and crab meat slowly
  7. Form mixture into desired sized crab cakes.
  8. (I like to do mine big.
  9. I get about 6 hockey puck sized crab cakes)
  10. Put crab cakes on a foil covered pan that has been lightly brushed with oil.
  11. Lightly brushed the tops of the crab cakes with oil.
  12. Cook crab cakes for 8-10 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and flip.
  14. Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
  15. Remove from oven and remove from the hot tray to a plate to rest for 5 minutes.
  16. Enjoy.
