• 1 package active dry yeast
• 6 c. flour
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 2 teaspoon salt
• Instant mashed potatoes (sufficient for 2 servings)
• lowfat milk
• butter

• 3/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. sourdough starter, room temperature
• 1 egg white beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
