Sourdough Potato Bread Recipe
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 6 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Instant mashed potatoes (sufficient for 2 servings)
- lowfat milk
- butter
- salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. sourdough starter, room temperature
- 1 egg white beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
- Preheat oven to 350
