Chai Masala (Indian Spiced Tea)

  1. Pour six cups water, tea, ginger, and cardamom into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.
  2. Add milk, and sugar to taste, and boil 2 minutes more.
  3. Strain and serve.
