Sausage Balls

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl mix sausage, cheeses, biscuit mix, chives, parsley and just enough milk to combine everything.
  3. Mix with your hands until combined.
  4. Roll the dough into balls (1-2 inch size) and place them on an ungreased, rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with dipping sauce.
  8. For the dipping sauce: In a medium bowl combine ketchup, yogurt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
