Sausage Balls
- 1 pound Bulk Mild Sausage
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
- 3 cups Biscuit Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Chives
- 1/4 cups Parsley
- 3 Tablespoons Milk To Combine
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl mix sausage, cheeses, biscuit mix, chives, parsley and just enough milk to combine everything.
- Mix with your hands until combined.
- Roll the dough into balls (1-2 inch size) and place them on an ungreased, rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
- For the dipping sauce: In a medium bowl combine ketchup, yogurt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
