Pear & Pork Stir Fry
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 pears, medium, cored and sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated fresh
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 12 cups radicchio, chopped
- In a bowl stir together soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add pears and ginger; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until softened.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add pork enterloin; cook 20 to 3 minutes.
- Push to sides of skillet.
- Stir sauce; add to skillet.
- Bring to boiling, stirring until slightly thickened.
- Return pears to skillet.
- Add radicchio, stir to coat and heat through.
- Serve over rice and top with green onion slices.
