Thistle Dip
- 1 (8 ounce) jar marinated artichokes
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 12 cups grated cheese
- Drain, chop and spread in bottom of greased shallow baking dish the two kinds of artichoke hearts.
- Then scatter on top the chilies, mayonnaise and cheese in that order.
- Bake, covered, at 350*F until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips, veggies, pita bread slices, etc.
