Honey and Pepper Pork Chops

• 4 pork chops
• 6 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
• seasoning salt (optional)

1. Season chops w/salt or seasoning salt and pepper.
2. Grill chops over med.-hot fire.
3. Stir together honey and hot pepper sauce and baste chops durning grilling.
4. Remove chops from grill and brush w/remaining glaze.
