Crepes with Cinnamon-Cheese Stuffing
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cups POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 4 frozen pancakes
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Blend sugar and cinnamon into ricotta cheese.
- Prepare pancakes as directed on package.
- Prepare each breakfast serving by placing 1/4 of the ricotta cheese mixture in the middle of 1 pancake; roll and enjoy as a crepe.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with breakfast.
