Crepes with Cinnamon-Cheese Stuffing

  1. Blend sugar and cinnamon into ricotta cheese.
  2. Prepare pancakes as directed on package.
  3. Prepare each breakfast serving by placing 1/4 of the ricotta cheese mixture in the middle of 1 pancake; roll and enjoy as a crepe.
  4. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with breakfast.
