Pesto Naan Pizzas
- 2 whole Naan Flatbreads
- 3 Tablespoons Pesto
- 1 whole Sliced Tomato
- 3 Tablespoons Sliced Olives
- 1/2 cups Feta Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. If you are using a baking stone, heat it at the same time by placing it in the oven as it preheats.
- Set the naan on a work surface.
- Spread pesto on them in an even layer.
- Add a layer of tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.
- Slide naan onto the preheated baking stone or onto a baking tray.
- Bake them for 5 to 7 minutes for a soft crust or 10 minutes for a crispy crust.
- When done, remove them from the oven, slide them onto a cutting board, slice and enjoy.
