Chicken Coating Mix
- 4 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried marjoram
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 4 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons dried celery flakes
- 2 teaspoons sage, dried and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and shake well to combine.
- Store in a cool dry place and use within 6 mos.
- NOTE: When ready to use, simply grab some boneless skinless chicken breasts, dip them, one at a time into either water, melted butter, milk, or beaten egg; then place the dipped chicken one at a time into the baggie and shake to coat; then bake the chicken on an ungreased cookie sheet in a 350F oven for 1 hour or until chicken is 170 or their juices run clear.
