Mini Greek Burgers

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the onion, parsley, garlic,oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Crumble the turkey over the mixture and mix well.
  5. Shape it into 16 2 inch patties.
  6. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
  7. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink.
  8. Serve in pita halves with tomatoes and reserved sauce.
