Mom's Vegetable Quiche Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs well.
  2. Stir in vegetables, mixing well.
  3. In separate bowl mix cheese with flour and add in to vegetable mix.
  4. Add in lowfat milk last and mix well.
  5. Pour into pie crust.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. To test insert knife.
  8. If it comes out clean, quiche is done.
