Chinese Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. herb seasoned dressing mix
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 cans sliced mushrooms
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 large can Chinese vegetables (chop suey vegetables)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- Drain vegetables; place in bottom of a 2-quart (8 x 10-inch) baking dish.
- Brown chicken on both sides; place chicken on top of vegetables.
- Cover with sour cream.
- Add cream of celery soup. Saute mushrooms and onions together.
- Add dressing mix and onion soup.
- Mix with 1 cup of water; stir well.
- Cover chicken with dressing mix.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350u0b0.
- Serves 4. Serve with hot rolls and tossed salad.
