Ham Packages
- 1 pkg. pie crust mix (for 2 crust pie)
- 2 c. ground ham
- 1/2 can condensed cream of celery soup (2/3 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 slices American cheese, halved diagonally
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- Prepare pie crust mix as directed.
- On floured surface, roll to 1/16-inch thick.
- Cut into 6 (7 or 7 1/2-inch) circles.
- Thoroughly mix ham, soup, catsup, parsley, onion and mustard.
- Spread about 1/3 cup mixture on 1/2 of each circle of dough.
- Top with cheese half and a few egg slices.
- Fold other half of dough over and seal edges with fork tines.
- Prick top with fork.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375u0b0 or until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- Cool and chill.
- Makes 6 servings.
