Chicken Almond Casserole Recipe
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked & minced
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- Slivered almonds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix celery and chicken with mayonnaise.
- (I add in 1 can chow mein vegetables to this.)
- Spread in bottom of 9"x13" dish.
- Mix and spread soups over top.
- Sprinkle noodles and almonds over this.
- Bake 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Can be microwaved, uncovered, also.
- This is very good with the jelled cranberry salad.
