Honey glazed Baked Pork chops
- 4 large pork chops
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp your favorite seasoning
- 1 meat tenderizer
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, honey, and all seasonings.
- Stir very well.
- Set mixture aside
- Coat bottom of large baking dish with olive oil.
- Tenderize pork chops well and place in baking dish.
- Cover pork chops with glaze evenly.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil, and place in oven.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover, turn chops over, and bake for ten more minutes, until brown.
- Remove from oven and enjoy.
