Beef Ragout A La Deutch Recipe

  1. Saute/fry the beef strips, green pepper and mushrooms in a small amount of butter.
  2. Add in the gravy, wine, pimiento, salt, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cover and simmer till tender.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch or possibly flour.
  5. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
