Crispy Curried Sardine

  1. Drain sardine from olive oil
  2. Beat an egg then set aside
  3. Mix bread crumbs and curry powder with salt and pepper
  4. Dip drained sardine into the beaten eggs then fully coated it with curried bread crumbs
  5. Deep fried it with coconut oil for 1 minute then drain on paper towel and set aside
  6. DEEP FRIED LETOVER CURRIED BREADCRUMBS FOR FEW SECONDS THEN DRAIN AND SERVE AS EXTRA CRISPY TOPPINGS
  7. OPTIONAL SERVE CRISPY CURRIED SARDINE SNACK WITH CHILI SAUCE
