White Chocolate Marshmallow No Bake Cookies

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
• 4 cups quick cook oats

1. Combine butter, chips, sugar, vanilla, milk, and fluffbin a large sauce pan over medium heat.
2. Stirring often, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute
3. Add oats and stir thoroughly
4. Using a #20 scoop or large soup spoon, spoon out cookies and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
5. Allow to cool completely (or they will stick to everything) and store in an air tight container.
