Rosemary Lemon Rhubarb Spritzer

  1. In a medium sauce pan bring rhubarb pieces, water, sugar and rosemary to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. The rhubarb will disingrate.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and add the lemon juice.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
  6. To serve, fill a glass between a quarter or half full of the syrup and the rest with soda water.
