Grilled Artichokes With Sea Salt
- 4 whole Artichokes, Top Of Leaves And Bottom Of Stem Trimmed Off
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Put some water into a large pot and add your steamer basket.
- Bring the water to a boil, add the artichokes and steam them for 15 minutes until tender done.
- Meanwhile preheat grill to medium heat.
- Remove artichokes from heat and cut them in half, scraping out the non-edible inside and just leaving the leaves.
- Brush the inside and outside of the artichoke halves with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill 3 minutes and flip.
- Grill another 3 minutes.
- Enjoy!
