Salt and Vinegar Grilled Potato chips

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Place potatoes in a pot of water; add 1 T salt.
  3. Cook until just tender, 15 minutes.
  4. Drain, cool, and slice 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  5. Brush potatoes with oil; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Grill until golden brown on both sides and cook through, about 8 minutes.
  7. Remove to a platter in an even layer; drizzle with vinegar.
  8. Season to taste with sea salt.
