Teddy Bear
- 3 blackberries, plus 3 blackberries skewered on a pick for garnish
- 1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces Amaro CioCiaro
- 3/4 ounce single-malt Scotch
- 1/4 ounce cream sherry
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Ice
- 3/4 ounce chilled club soda
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 3 blackberries with the Rich Simple Syrup.
- Add the Amaro, Scotch, sherry and bitters, fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Fine-strain into a chilled ice-filled highball glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the skewered blackberries.
