Teddy Bear

• 3 blackberries, plus 3 blackberries skewered on a pick for garnish
• 1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
• 2 ounces Amaro CioCiaro
• 3/4 ounce single-malt Scotch
• 1/4 ounce cream sherry
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice
• 3/4 ounce chilled club soda

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 3 blackberries with the Rich Simple Syrup.
2. Add the Amaro, Scotch, sherry and bitters, fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled ice-filled highball glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the skewered blackberries.
