Thai Pork Stir-Fry
- 3 cups Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- - pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- - bean sprouts
- - canned baby corn, drained
- - snow peas
- 18 each green onions, sliced
- Combine dressing, peanut butter and soy sauce; set aside.
- Spray large frying pan with cooking spray.
- Add meat; stir-fry 4 to 6 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add dressing mixture and all remaining ingredients; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and mixture is heated through.
