Quick French Dips
- 10 12 ounces French onion soup, undiluted
- 12 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 13 cup water
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- In a bowl, combine soup, beef and water.
- Cover and microwave for 3 minutes or until heated.
- Place a slice of cheese on bottom of each bun.
- Broil 5 inches from heat, for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
- use a slotted spoon to put beef onto buns.
- Serve with onion soup for dipping.
