Hazelnut-Mocha Ganache Dip

  1. Melt chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl, following microwave directions on package.
  2. Microwave half-and-half in separate microwaveable bowl 1 min.
  3. or until warmed.
  4. Gradually add to chocolate, stirring constantly until well blended.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  6. Serve warm.
