Honey Lemon Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
  2. Salt and pepper pork chops on both sides and dredge in flour.
  3. Shake off excess flour.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat the bottom of a skillet with oil.
  5. Brown chops on both sides until golden brown.
  6. In a sauce pan, combine butter, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Place pork chops in a 9 x 13 baking pan and pour sauce over the top of the chops.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally.
