Honey Lemon Pork Chops
- 8 whole Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
- Salt and pepper pork chops on both sides and dredge in flour.
- Shake off excess flour.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat the bottom of a skillet with oil.
- Brown chops on both sides until golden brown.
- In a sauce pan, combine butter, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place pork chops in a 9 x 13 baking pan and pour sauce over the top of the chops.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally.
