Easy Chocolate Pot de Creme
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 24 raspberries (about 1/2 cup)
- Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan until blended.
- Bring just to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate; whisk until blended.
- Ladle into 8 (4-oz.)
- ramekins.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Top with raspberries just before serving.
