Easy Chocolate Pot de Creme

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan until blended.
  2. Bring just to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add chocolate; whisk until blended.
  5. Ladle into 8 (4-oz.)
  6. ramekins.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Top with raspberries just before serving.
