Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Combine all teriyaki glaze ingredients in 1 1/2-quart saucepan; cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until liquid is reduced to thick paste.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add broccoli and baby corn.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is crisply tender.
  5. Add beef and sesame seeds; cook, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes until beef is browned.
  6. Drain, if necessary.
  7. Stir in teriyaki glaze until vegetables and beef are coated.
  8. Serve with hot cooked rice.
  9. *Substitute 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
