Pasta with Wilted Greens And Cashew Sauce

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and escarole.
  3. Drain; keep warm.
  4. Mix 1/4 cup cashews and white sauce mix in same pan; gradually stir in milk.
  5. Cook on medium heat until thickened.
  6. Return pasta and vegetables to pan.
  7. Toss with sauce and lemon juice.
  8. Spoon onto serving platter; sprinkle with remaining cashews.
  9. Serve immediately.
