Albas Apple Toffee Bliss
- 1 whole Lemon
- 8 whole Granny Smith Apples
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat
- 2 cups Brown Sugar, Not Packed
- 5 ounces, weight Werther's Hard Toffee Candy, Finely Pounded
- 1.
- Fill a large bowl halfway with cold water.
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the water.
- Throw in the spent lemon just for the fun of it.

- Quarter and core the apples and cut each quarter into thirds or fourths according to your discretion.
- Drop the apple pieces into the bowl of cold lemon water as you cut them.
- This will keep them from browning.

- In a standing mixer, with the paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and candy pieces.
- Youll have to stop the mixer and scrape the bowl several times.

- Scrape the dip into a bowl.
- 5.
- When you are ready to serve this dish, remove the apples from the lemon water and blot dry with a clean dish towel.
- Arrange the apple pieces on a platter with the bowl of dip.
- Enjoy!
