Bruschetta

• 1 loaf crusty Italian bread such as ciabatta, sliced 1/2-inch thick
• 3 garlic cloves, peeled
• Extra-virgin olive oil, brands such as Catello di Ama or Capezzana or Da Vero
• Sea salt

1. Toast the bread until golden; rub each slice of toast with the garlic immediately upon removing it from the oven.
2. Drizzle each slice with the extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
