Baked Orange Pork Chops
- 2 pounds pork chops lean, thick
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 2 each oranges sliced thin
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- Arrange pork chops in a casserole.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices.
- Pour juice over the top and cover with orange slices.
- Cover.
- Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
