Yogurt Dill Sauce
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dillweed or 2 teaspoons dried, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (lowest sodium available)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
