Potatoes Au Gratin

  1. Slice potatoes. Cover with water in saucepan. Add onions and salt. Boil over medium heat until tender. Drain and place in a greased casserole dish. In a saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, mustard and seasoned salt. When thick, add milk. Beat with whisk until thick. Add 2 cups cheese. Stir until melted. Pour this mixture over potatoes in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs, cheese and paprika. Bake in a 300u0b0 oven until brown and bubbly.
