Kabobs with Greek Salad

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat, 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing, cracker crumbs and seasonings until well blended.
  4. Shape into 8 (5x3/4-inch) logs.
  5. Grill 12 min.
  6. or until done (160 degrees F), turning occasionally and adding pitas to barbecue for the last 1 to 2 min.
  7. to grill until warmed.
  8. Meanwhile, combine vegetables, tomatoes and remaining dressing.
  9. Top salad with kabobs and cheese.
  10. Serve with pitas.
