Christmas Flower Dessert
- 2-3/4 cups water, divided
- 3 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1 mango Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Bring 3/4 cup water to boil.
- Add to 1 pkg.
- gelatin mix in small bowl; stir at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Pour 1/4 cup into 6-cup mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Meanwhile, peel mango; cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices.
- Arrange on bottom of bowl.
- Slowly pour remaining dissolved gelatin over mangos.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- or until gelatin is set but not firm.
- Meanwhile, bring remaining water to boil.
- Add to remaining 2 pkg.
- gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in evaporated milk.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until slightly thickened; pour over strawberry gelatin.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
- Top with COOL WHIP.
- Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
