Christmas Flower Dessert

  1. Bring 3/4 cup water to boil.
  2. Add to 1 pkg.
  3. gelatin mix in small bowl; stir at least 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup into 6-cup mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Refrigerate 15 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened.
  8. Meanwhile, peel mango; cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices.
  9. Arrange on bottom of bowl.
  10. Slowly pour remaining dissolved gelatin over mangos.
  11. Refrigerate 15 min.
  12. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  13. Meanwhile, bring remaining water to boil.
  14. Add to remaining 2 pkg.
  15. gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min.
  16. until completely dissolved.
  17. Stir in evaporated milk.
  18. Refrigerate 30 min.
  19. or until slightly thickened; pour over strawberry gelatin.
  20. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  21. Unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
  22. Top with COOL WHIP.
  23. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
